We are currently in the process of merging thousands of duplicate client profiles in SIMS (mostly due to the data transfers not user data entry). This means if a client has two profiles their services and other information will be merged into one, keeping only one of the client ID’s they have been assigned (usually but not always the oldest).
Any eliminated Client ID numbers you search for may result with a message of the Client ID being inactive. If this occurs please search for your client by name to identify their current ID number. Please do not enter a new profile for a Client you know should be in the system.
If you have searched by name and still cannot find the client you know should be in SIMS please contact Brent School and/or WUM Social Services BEFORE you enter a new profile for assistance.
