Please take note of the following upcoming upgrade dates and information for both SIMS and WISP ServicePoint systems. If you have questions related to the upgrades please contact wumsocialservices@usc.salvationarmy.org
SIMS ServicePoint (Salvation Army Information Management System):
- Upgrade to ServicePoint 5.11 will take place on Monday September 15th at about 4pm.
- SIMS will be down for up to a couple of hours to complete the upgrade.
- The SIMS Training site will be reset, all test clients will be deleted and passwords will change to mimic your live site password.
WISP (Wisconsin ServicePoint – Institute for Community Alliances):
- Upgrade to ServicePoint 5.11 will take place on Saturday September 27th.
- ICA is requested that you only log in on September 28th & 29th in absolutely necessary as changes to assessments will be taking place throughout the days.
